When is the ceremony?

Our ceremony will take place on September 26, 2026 at RPM Events in Chicago. Exact timing and details will be included with your formal invitation. Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes before the ceremony to enjoy a celebratory glass of prosecco, find your seat and get settled. We can’t wait to have you there!

Are children invited?

As much as we love your little ones, this celebration will be adults only. We’re looking forward to an elegant evening of dinner, dancing and celebration. We hope this allows our guests the opportunity to fully enjoy the evening with us!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Your invitation will indicate whether a plus-one has been reserved in your name. If they’re listed, we can’t wait to celebrate with both of you.

Where is everything taking place?

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at RPM Events. Guests will also have access to a heated patio overlooking the Chicago river during the reception, weather permitting. All core festivities will be indoors.

How do I get there?

Chicago has two convenient airports, O’Hare International Airport (ORD) and Midway International Airport (MDW), in addition to Amtrak Union Station. All are easy options to get downtown, in addition to driving.

For the wedding ceremony and reception, RPM Events is centrally located and easily accessible:

  • Walking distance from our hotel blocks and many hotel options,

  • Close to public transit, taxis, and rideshares, and

  • Valet parking will be available for guests who would prefer to drive themselves.

Where should I stay?

We have hotel blocks within walking distance of the venue and at a locked-in rate, but there are plenty of great options in Chicago! You’ll find booking links and details on the Travel & Stay page.

Will there be a welcome party?

We’ll likely coordinate an opportunity to see anyone in town the day prior at a bar nearby the venue to catch-up with family and friends the evening prior to the wedding, but nothing formal will be planned. We will update the website with additional details prior to the wedding weekend, so please check back here for more!

Will there be an after-party?
